
ou have a great business. You provide your customers with excellent service, a terrific product, and reasonable prices. Trouble is, you don’t know exactly how to say it, or at least how to say it so folks won’t tune out in the middle of your spiel.

Despite our video-heavy world, it all still comes back to the words. Website bells and whistles might bring them in, but if you can’t tell them what you do, and why you do it better than anyone else, you’ve just lost a sale.
